As a clinician, I offer personalized, evidence-based treatments to individuals in Massachusetts and Vermont who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, hoarding disorder, skin-picking, and a variety of other conditions. Additionally, I provide DBT skills coaching to clients who have difficulty managing overwhelming emotions.
My clients and I work together to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop more effective ways to respond to fears and unwanted behaviors, with the ultimate goal of leading happier, more-fulfilling lives.
I also offer diagnostic assessment, consultation and social work supervision.
All appointments are virtual at this time.

ABOUT
EXPERIENCE
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and mood-related conditions in adolescents and adults. I use evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and tailor treatment to each person's individual needs.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. Before starting my private practice, I have worked in specialty OCD treatment settings and also treated a variety of conditions in private group practices, schools, and hospital settings, such McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA. These experiences continue to shape my practical, collaborative approach to treatment.
In addition to individual therapy and diagnostic assessments, I provide clinical consultation, OCD trainings for organizations, and clinical supervision for social workers.
